LabLite Stability Tracker

designed to improve communications and accountability between researchers and chamber (sample aging) areas. This program is an ideal fit for product testing and R&D facilities that need to manage and prepare sample lots for testing.

LabLite Stability Tracker was designed with the following goals in mind:

  • Speed communication between researchers and chamber areas
  • Manage and prioritize the research and chamber interchange
  • Track accountability and adherence to process
  • Provide reports and metrics needed for continuous process improvement

LabLite Stability Tracker met these challenges with a program that provides:

  • A simple yet powerful user interface
  • Built-in filters, and sort capability
  • Configurable setup and permissions

"The most significant benefit is you have one program to manage the stability or aging process from study submission until completion. The program provides for uniform and standardized workflow processes; from study submission, sample preparation and labelling, chamber assignment, sample/lot movement between chambers, sample/pull tracking and reporting. The program provides consistency of data storage over time, data mining, multiple user levels, audit trails and security."

Communications

LabLite Stability Tracker provides a communication interface between researchers and chamber areas by allowing them to share comments regarding changes in lot, study, and chamber status. The program can include email notifications.

Manage Workload

LabLite Stability Tracker can minimize keystrokes and data entry errors by accepting study criteria directly from the researchers. Chamber personnel place the lots into chambers meeting lab-defined conditions, and can transfer all associated lot, study, and chamber information without repetitive data entry. LabLite Stability Tracker allows multiple reserachers the ability to see the status of their lots and studies anywhere in the process. User rights are definable.

Tracking

LabLite Stability Tracker provides a date/time stamp of every sample status change or action. This includes tracking when lots are moved between chambers or are pulled from chambers for testing. Items can be searched by date range, researcher, study, lot, product, unit, chamber etc... combining power, flexibility, and ease of use.

Reports and Metrics:

LabLite Stability Tracker maintains study, lot, and chamber information throughout the aging process. Chamber and study specific reports can be produced electronically or in hard copy. Study details can be used to establish metrics or target areas for process improvement.

How is access to the system controlled?

User permissions can be setup by anyone with Administrator access to the system. Individual users can be given one or multiple permissions. The individual permissions are as follows:

Anyone with a user name and password can view the Study Status screen

Submission only users (typically researchers) have access to the Study Entry screen

Reporting only users have access to the program Reports

Administrators have full program access and are to only ones to see all the setup tabs and grids

Is there a simple way to search for information without having to run reports?

After logging into the stability program users are brought to a search screen. From this screen you can use the various dropdowns to search for study information in a variety of ways; including study start, end or pull date; product name or number, study number, lot number, researcher, department, reference number, etc... You can also choose to show all items or only those that have been pulled or not pulled.

How does the program initially get setup or configured for our specific stability operations?

In addition to the permissions screen, the stability program has multiple tabs each with its own table structure that allows us or a system administrator the ability to enter your unique information. Administrators will be able to add additional chambers, products, test conditions and parameters going forward.

How do new studies get entered into the system?

The Stability Entry screen allows your organization to standardize the way studies are created and submitted. Each of the dropdowns fields on this screen pull data from tables that are pre-populated by us or an administrator. Each study can have any number of pre-defined conditions.

Does the software offer a calendar and scheduling capability?

Yes, this capability is already provided. When researchers enter their study information into the program the pulls for each study condition populate based on predefined rules. The researcher can also go into the grid for each condition and open the calendar tool to schedule additional pulls.

What reports are included with the program?

The stability program comes with a full complement of pre-formatted reports. These can be used as is, or modified as requested. The reports shown in the screen below are representative of the reports you would receive with the system.
